Fees
Individual Therapy (60-minute session): $145.00
Extended Sessions (75–90 minutes): $150.00+
Couples Therapy (60-minute session): $180+
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. I accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa
I believe therapy should be accessible, and I recognize that financial situations vary. If cost is a concern, please feel free to discuss this with me. In certain circumstances, fees may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
Insurance
I am currently in network with the following:
Aetna, AmeriHealth, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health
If you are using in-network benefits, you are responsible for any copay, coinsurance, or deductible required by your plan. These amounts are due at the time of service.
Out-of-Network Insurance
If I am considered an out-of-network provider under your insurance plan, sessions will be self-pay and payment is required at the time of service. I do not bill out-of-network insurance directly.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the 50% of the session fee. This fee is the client’s responsibility and is not reimbursable by insurance.
